Raspberry Crumbles

Ingredients

Crust layer
  1. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  2. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  3. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  4. 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  5. 1 cup oat flour
  6. 1/4 tsp baking soda
Middle layer
  1. 1/4 cup peanut butter
  2. 1 cup World of Chia Raspberry Fruit Spread
Crumble top
  1. Remaining 1/4 dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well mixed and a dough is formed.
  3. Take 3/4 of the dough and spread in a parchment paper lined square pan.
  4. Bake in 350 F for 10 min.
  5. Spread peanut butter on top of cooked crust layer.
  6. Top with a layer of World of Chia Raspberry Fruit Spread.
  7. Crumble leftover dough on top of World of Chia Raspberry Fruit Spread.
  8. Bake in 350 F for 25 min.
  9. Let it cool.
  10. Cut in 8 squares and serve.
