Ingredients
Crust layer
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Middle layer
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup World of Chia Raspberry Fruit Spread
Crumble top
- Remaining 1/4 dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well mixed and a dough is formed.
- Take 3/4 of the dough and spread in a parchment paper lined square pan.
- Bake in 350 F for 10 min.
- Spread peanut butter on top of cooked crust layer.
- Top with a layer of World of Chia Raspberry Fruit Spread.
- Crumble leftover dough on top of World of Chia Raspberry Fruit Spread.
- Bake in 350 F for 25 min.
- Let it cool.
- Cut in 8 squares and serve.
