Sweet Potato Toasts

Ingredients

  1. 1 large sweet potato
  2. 2-3 teaspoons Wild Berries World of Chia Fruit Spread or flavor of your choice
  3. 2-3 teaspoons peanut butter or nut or seed butter of your choice
  4. 1/3 cup fruit toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the ends of the sweet potato off, then cut 1/2 inch thick slice lengthwise.
  3. Place a piece of parchment paper on a sheet-pan and arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until sweet potato slices are tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. When sweet potatoes are cooked spread 2 teaspoons of peanut butter or nut or seed butter of your choice and 2 teaspoons of Wild Berries World of Chia Fruit Spread of flavor of your choice and top with fruit of your choice.
